Butt Goblin is in a doctor's office sitting on one of those padded doctor tables with a sheet of paper under him. On the wall are posters about health except one says "Vitamins are poison" and the other says "Are you exercising too much?" A goblin doctor is looking at some paper on a clipboard. The doctor says: "We talked about this. You need to be getting a lot more sludge in your diet.". Butt Goblin has a much more detailed face than usual that looks tired and upset. He's thinking "...more??"
